    My tribute to Morales

I know that a lot of people have said their peace about the Morales sitution already, but I feel that I need to say mine.Considering that he is one of my favorite fighters of all time, and a huge reason I got into the sport. We all know what happened saturday night, and we all know that it's time for el terrible to hang them up.Im ashamed to say that I didn't realize this before the third Pac fight. But I realize now! That was hard to stomach! But anyways,we should all be grateful that such an entertaining warrior like Morales fought in our generation.Win,lose,or draw he gave us everything he had in that ring.No haters can deny that!He had a great,if somewhat short career. But he went as far as his battle worn body could possibly take him.He did indeed live up to his full potential.I think he should be remembered as a great warrior obviously, but also as a great fighter. His sucess alone warrants that. While he was at times a face first warrior,he was also a lot more than that.He gave it everything he could in the rubber match with Pac,and was still swinging for the fences while being rocked.I give him credit!I hope Erik retires and focuses on other ventures.Such as his promotional obligations. And also enjoys some family time.He certainly deserves some peace!Whether your pinoy, mexican, irish,or whatever I hope you can give a great fighter his proper respect. Thanks for all the great fights Erik
