Pacquiao did not only KTFO one legend, he KTFO 2 legends and fought a very good lb for lb ranked fighter at the time in Marquez to a draw that was supposed to be a win due to a judging error. Raheem beat Morales by decision. To me Pacquiao deserves to be anywhere in the top 3 on any criteria.
