I don't think its an overstatement. I think Pacquiao would knock him out but at the same time Juarez has more power than Barrera and Morales without the skill and speed. It would be an interesting matchup. I also would wanna see pac againts Guzman. I rewatched some of his fights, he is a quick fighter but not at the level of Pacquiao's speed, he does have some power as well and has quick feet.

Honestly, Juarez' left hook looks like it is more powerful than Pacquio's straight left. Juarez doesnt let go enough though. Pacman throws nonstop for 12 rounds.

Difference is Juarez can do more then he's given credit for, pacquioa is wild at times especially when on the attack, all Juarez would have to get ready for is to set up, lock and load, pacquioa runs in Rockys left hook or right hand, either one has ko power, but that left hook is a monster. Rocky can fight in the inside and give angles to set up any punch he has to on a rushing fighter. Don't sell Rock short in his fight with Barrera -2nd fight. If pacquioa is going to prove his worth and challenge the division best and dangerous then he will have to fight Rocky somtime along the line. ****, even Soto would be an interesting fight, he's more of a boxer puncher, he's shown in his close fight with Rocky that he can box when need be. Like i've said, lots of fighters around for pacquioa to prove his worth.
