Eubank forced to take out restraining order
Chris Eubank was yesterday forced to take out a restraining order at Brighton Magistrates Court, after the former world champion boxer had returned home to discover a crazed fan casually waiting in the bathroom of his Brighton residence.
Julius ***son, an avid Eubank follower with a long history of mental illness and sexual deviancy, had been frequently spotted by local residents loitering near the Eubank house during the course of the preceeding months.
On the day in question, Eubank had been out for his regular morning run along the sandy beaches of Brighton and neighbouring Hove. On his return home, he proceeded upstairs to take a shower. After entering the bathroom, he was dismayed to find ***son nonchalantly standing there, clearly aroused and sporting nothing but a monocle. A terrified Eubank immediately turned and ran downstairs screaming "No,no,no!!! Not you again, I thought you'd promised to leave me alone? Get the hell out of here, and put some f***ing clothes on!!" Luckily for Eubank, a neighbour had heard the commotion and phoned the police, who arrived on the scene in minutes and arrested ***son on su****ion of breaking and entering and indecent exposure.
After the intruder had been removed from the grounds,a clearly traumatised Eubank said "I've spoken to this man before. I had seen him lurking in the bushes outside of my home a number of times. When I finally approached him to ask him what he was doing, he replied that he was a huge fan and was just trying to get a glimpse of me. I told him that I appreciated his support, but that he should respect my privacy. I thought I'd resolved the issue when I offered him a signed copy of my autobiography and a copy of my collection of old press cuttings, on the proviso that he should never intrude upon my home life again. The man clearly has issues and I genuinely hope he gets the help that he needs"
