Bruno told This Morning hosts told Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that he needed to burn off energy and start boxing again.

“I’ve been in the gym all the time, that’s why I want to come back into boxing,” he explained. “I’m going back into boxing as well.”

Schofield asked, “Is that a good idea?”

Frank insisted: “I haven’t got a choice. I train every day.”
