Do you think Pacquiao was clean? What about him trying to cheat in the Mayweather bout and getting caught?

Huh? I'm talking about him trying to shoot up Toradol in the dressing room and the NSAC doctors stopping him. When they questioned his personal doctor, he said that Pacquiao didn't need the shot.

Hence, caught attempting to cheat, dmbass

            attempting to cheat?

            better read this,

Manny’s advisors notified the UNITED STATES ANTI-DOPING AGENCY (“USADA”) of the shoulder injury and the treatments being proposed by the doctors during training and on fight night. USADA spoke to Manny’s doctors twice, investigated, and confirmed in writing that the proposed treatments, if used, were completely allowed. The medication approved for fight night was a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (Toradol).

Manny continued to train and his shoulder improved, though not 100%. This is boxing, injuries happen, and Manny is a warrior. Again, in consultation with his doctors, promoter and advisors, Manny decided to proceed with the fight anticipating that he could receive his pre-fight treatment. That specific treatment had been approved by USADA in writing at least 5 days before the fight.

On his pre-fight medical form filled out earlier in the week, Manny’s advisors listed the medications that Manny used in training and the medications that might be used on fight night. A few hours before he was expected to step in the ring, when Manny’s doctors began the process, the Nevada Commission stopped the treatment because it said it was unaware of Manny’s shoulder injury.

This was disappointing to Team Pacquiao since they had disclosed the injury and treatment to USADA, USADA approved the treatments, and Manny had listed the medication on his pre-fight medical form

Better read this from Manny's physician.

“Manny was having shoulder pain during his training period. This was several weeks before the fight…it was essentially an aggravation of an old injury. This is pretty standard for fighters, and there is no such thing as pristine tissue in high level athletes. We treated the aggravation (with permission from U.S. Anti-Doping Agency) and he was back to his normal strength going into the fight.”
Back to normal strength going into the fight. Which makes sense. That's why he told the commission Manny didn't need the shot. So why was he trying to shoot him up with toradol in the dressing room? Hmmmmmmm.

You can also take it from Pacquiao if you want...unless he is a liar.

*Pacquiao said, “No, I don’t have pain or injury before the fight. I just want to make sure that whatever happened, I’m still there. I’m not saying I’m not 100 percent condition.”

                  1. This was not revealed by Hauser. The IV was first mentioned by Kevin Iole, I believe. No one thought anything of it because there was no big deal until Hauser began making a bunch of false accusations. Some of which he had to walk back.

                  2. It has already been stated that WADA wasn't in charge of this. However, if USADA broke any of WADA's rules, then USADA would have to answer to WADA for that. All of the lab work that was done is sent to WADA as per the lab's rules. If they didn't have to review the TUE, then that is a fair point. A WADA spokesperson already spoke on this. From your same site:

The lab work still had to be consistent, meaning that the sample had to pass the specific gravity test and if not, the lab would flag it and send the report to WADA. Being that the specific gravity of the sample had to be met, there is no chance that the sample wouldn't have failed had Mayweather had anything in the sample. And if there were anything in the sample and he failed, a TUE would not allow it to be swept under the rug because the TUE was only for a method, not for a substance.

                  3. Common sense tells anyone that if USADA wanted to help Mayweather cheat, there would be no TUE and no one would have ever known about any of this.

                  4. (I can keep going because every time I walk away from this post, I'm reminded of the past when you guys threw anything at the wall trying to make it stick). Before it was all about Mayweather cycling off. Now he's taking things before the day of the fight to get an advantage while USADA watches and documents it all. What the hell would he take the day before the fight to help him? Training is over. It makes no sense.

Move on with your life. Pacquiao lost. Two men got in the ring and one was better. The end.

Sorry but what i pointed out makes what all you Floyd fans have said come crumbling down like a deck of cards. You guys kept on telling us that there would be no way that USADA and Floyd would have risked it because of big brother WADA. Actually, you just said that in your original post the other day just like you said this every time that we discussed this topic. Well, you and the other Floyd fans are WRONG!

Basically, USADA is the only one that can investigate! This is not coming from Manny fans. This is a direct response from WADA!!!

On top of that, we have multiple sources who have "red flagged" the Floyd Mayweather IV scandal who are not Manny Pacquaio fans.

                  And as for your response,
you are basically trying to tell us that there is no point in even doing a test so close to the fight. Come on, do you really believe what you are saying? There are multiple reasons that they are doing so many tests. Biggest reason is that it is not that easy to catch these guys. Multiple tests can come back negative while just one comes back positive.

                    .

No, that's not what I'm telling you.

Of course you should do testing right before the fight. That would ensure that there was nothing in his system period.

I've never argued that WADA specifically received the TUE. I said that they upload the TUE's to a system where WADA could check into it if they want. I don't know if your link means that they have no access to it, so let's say that they have no access to it at all just to make you happy.

And since you posted from that website, you should accept that the WADA spokesman plainly said that a retroactive TUE can be granted for dehydration.

So again, what's the issue? The only way he could have masked something is through dilution. The labs require that the sample given is not diluted. That should have been the end of this, but you can't accept that Pacquiao clearly lost. He lost. Get over it. You even said they do so many tests. But he only needed an IV to pass on the last day? IT MAKES NO SENSE. It also makes no sense to have a TUE if USADA was helping him to cheat. Period.

I've said multiple times that I believe he had something like what Bermane Stiverne had, which was rhabdomylosis. He had all the signs of it. Not from losing weight. Dark urine. Injuries to his shoulders. Affects high level athletes. Treated with an IV. When you can get his records and disprove that, then write to me about it. If not, you got some work to do. Good luck.

Sorry but YOU and other Floyd fans always went back to this point that there was no way that Floyd and USADA would have risked it due to WADA TUEC possibly reviewing and WADA investigating the Floyd Mayweather case. It is clear now that WADA couldn't have. That was WADA's response. USADA NEVER sent them Floyd's TUE. So no, they couldn't have reviewed it. USADA has the final word on USADA's decision. That is just crazy! You can't even argue with USADA on their decision, as stated in the Floyd/Manny contract. There was no possibility to have an independent review of USADA's decision.

SO now that you realized that the buck stopped at USADA, you can actually sit there and say, "What is the problem"?
Even Verbruggen, who is a former WADA Foundation Board member, a former President of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) and honorary member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) said that is a HUGE problem! Verbruggen wants there to be an independant group that is separate from WADA as well. That is, what Floyd and USADA have done is 2 levels removed from what Verbruggen and others are demanding!!!

Now we know for a fact that there was no risk from WADA. NONE! For various reasons, that is not right. Again, this is not just coming from Manny fans but from experts on this subject.

So you asked, if I agree that there is the possibility to get a RETRO TUE?
Well according to the Head of the WADA TUE Committee and physician: Floyd should NOT have received a RETRO TUE. You do not get one as easily as USADA gave them out.

                      INTERVIEW:
"They gave Floyd a RETRO TUE and only came to light 21 days after the fight. Wow, USADA is doing that because they are getting paid. USADA is supposed to be a body that is supposed to be completely independent. Wow, its a murky world. Yes it is murky and quite frankly sensed disappointment."

"When it comes to RETRO TUEs". Made only when you do not have enough time to apply. Lets say someone gets injured on the field and goes to surgery that night .... and post-op they give him drugs. Its totally acceptable. You get the anesthetists report, the surgeons report then you put all that on the TUE form. Perfectly acceptable. That is what a RETRO TUE is all about. An URGENT .... Someone has an anaphylactic allergic reaction and needs the drugs (URGENTLY). Right, that is not someone who is going to play at tennis open final or race at the Tour de France. No (its not for that). That is when I challenge the system. Its a red flag."

"I TOTALLY AGREE. It doesn't smell right to me. To enable you to compete, you get a RETRO TUE to get an IV? What were they giving him and why couldn't they rehydrate him orally, clinically, that is what we do. You do not need an IV unless you are vomiting and have diarrheas and cannot drink orally and if that all happens then you will not be entering the ring against Manny Pacquiao."

So now we have multiple experts who not only disagreed with USADA giving Floyd a TUE but do not agree that USADA is acting properly. USADA accepts money from Floyd's representatives. In fact, even USADA said that was wrong when it came to Lance Armstrong wanting to do that! Well, for good reason. There was no way that USADA would NOT have granted Floyd Mayweather the RETRO TUE after Floyd had given USADA all that money plus a foot in the door relating to boxing then UFC. USADA felt that it owed Floyd Mayweather a RETRO TUE. That is the least they can do. Plus, the is no big brother to monitor USADA. That is BAD!!!

Here is WADA's response AGAIN. It is CLEAR.

"The role and possible responsibilities of WADA in reviewing or not reviewing
the granting of the retroactive TUE to Floyd Mayweather
RESPONSE: Floyd Mayweather’s fight was organized in the United States by private
promoters operating under licensing regulations in the State of Nevada, which do not
include the Code. USADA had a specific contract with them to undertake anti-doping
activities, however this was not falling under the code, and WADA had no
jurisdictional oversight of these activities. WADA did not receive this TUE."
