Visiting this again some years later, still agree floydie was indeed fighting skeeeered. And did everything in his power to get advantage pre-fight. Plus pulled on Pac's damaged arm/shoulder. But then, floydie is the Master Ducker... wouldn't fight Mosely until after his prime, never fought Margarito, etc etc. It's usually just casuals who still praise him... which says a lot.
Anyway, on to the new era and some great fights lately. Especially looking forward to Fury/Joshua and many others.

They never had an independent investigation into Floyd Mayweather's usage of WADA-banned IV before the Manny Pacquiao fight. Floyd knew that USADA had pretty much total control over the testing. Floyd's people had been paying USADA good money. So of course USADA was going to look the other way on his illegal banned IV.

- USADA and Floyd knew that there would be NO independent investigation!
