I know that Akira is moving up 2 divisions, but I still think he's just much, much better fighter than inferior champion like Igarashi.

Is it me or is Igarashi the weakest "lineal champion" out there right now? (OK there isn't many but still). He's arguably the fourth best man in his division with Viloria the clear number #1 and Mthalane alsodeserves a solid mention ahead of Igarashi.
