    Interesting...

    Will there be a rematch?

You know, if your opponent elbows you, elbow right back. It's the only way to keep them honest.

Looks like a mismatch as in weight and size goes, you should have definetly protested the matchup.

Haha yea it was a mismatch I look tiny in my little pink shorts To be fair I couldve done it if she had been stopped for cheating. I did ask to be matched properly but its all politics, and shes higher profile than me.

ok kerri i'm really late on this but i'll tell you for future reference...

i want you to NOT ask anyone on this site what to do, you see how they reacted to an attractive woman, asking you to do this that, be this and that, blah, is that help?
if you want some advice great if you're looking to further yourself and make yourself more known, than i understand why you're here...

NOW AS FAR AS ADVICE FOR FUTURE REFERENCE GOES...
you NEED good conditioning no matter what and you NEED good fundamentals as well

Conditioning phase(1)is of tread & jump rope= running at least 10 minutes on the treadmill at a minimum of at least 4.0 miles per hour and which you will continually vary your speed up and down from 4-as much as 8.
                try this on treadmill work
you will climb 1 mile in 1 minute increments for the first half
                1st minute 4.0
                2nd minute 5.0
                3rd minute 6.0
                4th minute 7.0
                5th minute 8.0
now you will decline in half mile increments in the last half
                6th minute 7.5
                7th minute 7.0
                8th minute 6.5
                9th minute 6.0
                10th minute 5.5
Its important you do all this running, you don't wanna run out of gas during a fight i believe and if you can't handle the peak at 8.0 then i suggest starting at 3.0 and building your way up
now jump rope is more simplistic, i want you to jump for 3 rounds straight no pausing in between that means 3, 3 minute rounds so it will total 11 minutes straight

*when you can passed this with ease we will factor in the stairmaster and adjust your tread work*

Fundamentals are a lil difficult wish i could show you but unless you got webcam or something that ain't happening but i could tell you and hopefully you'll understand
I saw the pic of that fight and as you punched her with the right you dropped your left, fatal flaw, if she even had 1 amatuer fight she'd knock you out.
Remember always hands up, elbows in, knees bent, 1,2,1,2,1,2
and thats it right? right and WRONG
All you need since you are so green offensively is a jab(1) adn a striaght right(2), good conditioning and a good stance

Stance, this is going to be hard to understand but take some tape, duct, whatever tape it on the ground and unroll about 20 feet. now spread your legs on the tape a lil farther than shoulder width with your body lining up with the tape, now i want you to try and keep as much of your upper body and torso lined up with the tape, yet your feet are on the tape lined up in the same direction facing left, now face the way the feet are, bend your knees about 120 degrees with your left foot flat and your right foot on your toes, then i want your right hand next to your cheek w/closed fist and your elbow tucked to your body, bring your left hand to your temple(closed fist) and elbow tucked to your body, now i want your chinto your chest, now you have the correct stance to start punching

Punching, use of only 1,2 necessary with amatuer bouts like this
in keeping with your stance i want you to throw a straight left jab as fast as you can out and come back as fast as possible, but you have to throw your jab not only straight but turn your fist a quarter turn so your knuckles are even with teh ground, and when you throw this you simataneously step off with your right foot and dig in with your left, so as you are executing a jab you keep the right glued in position, chin down, stay bent, throw your jab while stepping off with the right, digging with teh left and while the jab is coming back in position you just drag your left foot with you to establish your postion, as we call you you have effectively "stepped in with your jab" if you can do it right you'll have an effective Ike Quartey type of jab

How about that 2? well when you have stepped in with the jab you quickly follow it with your right, it is thrown with you maintaining your current position but you push off with your right foot and turn or twist your body while keeping your chin down and your left glued to your body and throw it with your wrist turning over, turning your body and leaning in as much as you can and bringing it back as quickly as possible.

Thus you know your 1,2 and can step in with them but why is the tape 20 feet long? because you walk it down all the way teh entire way and BACK! yes when you walk forward i have explained how to walk down your opponent especially true if they're taller but you also have to know how to fight goign back instead of just running back. This is teh simple matter you fire your 1,2 and then jsut step back with the right foot and drag your left foot maintaining your stance but when you fire your 1 you don't step or dig in you just stand as you are and fire it, twisting your wrist, straighten arm out and bring it back as quickly as possible and the 2 is fired the same as earlier. and just step and slide. FIGHTING going back is NOT a good idea if your oponent is taller but if you're hurt it gives them something to think about.

Now this is just basic 100year old conditioning we're talkign about here with bone basic fundamentals here but its a start. i want you to do 6 rounds minimum of this stance work, i'm not even gonna talk about hitting bags or anything unless you get your stance adn 1,2's right, not the best instruction i know, email me and i'll explain more or AIM or whatever, whatdahieu@yahoo.com is my email

But i want you to remember something conditioning and fundamentals are key because you can't build a good house without a good foundation, you won't go far unless you perfect your fundamentals,
