This sounds interesting -- Pacman will go to the heart of Mexico to promote his Jan. 21, fight with El Terrible.

Pacquiao invited to Morales’ den
BACOLOD CITY — Manny Pacquiao revealed on Wednesday that there are plans for him and Mexican arch rival Erik Morales to go on a tour of Mexico and select US cities to drum up interest for their Jan. 21, 2006 rematch in Las Vegas.
Pacquiao got a call from his Fil-Am adviser Joe Ramos while he was dining with close associate Wakee Salud and Negros Occidental Gov. Joseph Maranon at a local Japanese restaurant.
"I am being asked to go to the States because Morales and me are going to promote our rematch," said Pacquiao, who earlier was named an Adopted Son of Bacolod by Mayor Evelio Leonardia.
Pacquiao and Morales are booked to slug it out anew at the Thomas and Mack Center. The fight will be shown on pay-per-view.
Pacquiao, who has been guaranteed a paycheck of $2 million plus a share of the pay-per-view sales, said he doesn’t mind going to Morales’ backyard.
"Even if they bring us to his (Morales) hometown of Tijuana, I don’t care," said Pacquiao, who was cheered by well-wishers who lined the streets of this city during the afternoon parade commemorating the 67th Charter Day of Bacolod.
"Kahit pa sa loob ng bahay niya. Pupuntahan ko siya," added Pacquiao, who has vowed to exact payback when he gets the chance to meet his tormentor in the new year’s first fistic firework.
Morales had dealt Pacquiao a 12-round decision loss last March at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, but the Filipino lefty said that had it not been for the deep cut he suffered as early as the fifth round, he would have emerged victorious.
Pacquiao is fresh from a solid showing against Hector Velazquez of Mexico, who he stopped in six rounds at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.
