Calzaghe would dominate Froch for sure. Calzaghe beat Kessler when kessler was at the top of his game. Froch was beaten by a good kessler but kessler wasnt as good as he was when he fought calzaghe.

Ward closely followed by Froch, its good that they are fighting because they are clearly the two best guys in the division,Bute is a bit of a joke too be honest

IMO Ward is the best right now. Bute needs to step it up, and have a fight outside of Canada.

Tuff list but hard to look past Ward.

this thread should be called "who is the second best super middleweight in the world?"

because andre ward is by far the best SMW on the planet right now.

            triangle theories don't mean everything
but they are certainly better than nothing

kessler fought froch to a complete standstill
if anything that was a draw or a one or two point fight either way.
great, competitive fight, the best of the super six.
froch got the L according to the judges.

andre ward fought kessler and completely destroyed him.
complete annihilation. people were writing kessler off and saying he was done.
he hardly won a round. ward hardly got hit.

you can certainly say froch has the better resume. he does.
he's had the toughest run in boxing since he fought pascal and he's only lost once on the cards (though i thought he lost to dirrell as well, you cannot argue against judges that don't give dirrell the fight considering how amateurish his style was in that fight. he was taking a knee to avoid punishment inside. i would have started counting more than once, giving the fight to froch.)

also, please rematch the bute // andrade 1 fight if you've already seen it
or check it out for the first time if you haven't

and then get back to me about lucian bute (who should have a knockout loss to liberado andrade on his record. he was not on his feet and able to continue after ten seconds. he was leaning like a drunk on the ropes.)

The longest 10 seconds in the history of mankind btw. The ref stopped the count to tell Andrade to get in a corner he was already in. One of the most obvious examples of corrupt refereeing.

                    Lucian Bute.

*Disclaimer: I know that Ward is rightly regarded as the best super-middleweight, but I'm 100% convinced that Bute will defeat both him or/and Froch.

Froch would have walked through Calzaghe's little pitty pat slaps and laugh and then knock him the **** out.
