Frankie Gavin would win comfortably!

I think at 140 he would get a TKO at some stage in this fight. Either that or a wide UD.

I like Gavin. Theophane is the best fight for him. But Ashley is a lot better now. Tbh I don't think Gavin has that much power.

He doesn't have one punch knockout power, no.

Gavin has been fighting too much at 147 which has been a bad move IMO. He has been winning, but not looking spectacular in doing so. Also, his last fight he had flu in the buildup to the fight.

He does have 8 out of 10 wins by TKO though so his punches are taking their toll as the fight goes on.

And I just feel Gavin has a lot more class about him..

Yeah his last fight was boring. But he has the talent and ability to be a world champ. Excellent counter puncher with good head movement. How do you think he would do against Kell Brook?

Right now, I would probably tip Brook to win with it no doubt being at 147.

Brook would be a bit too big for Gavin at that weight and Brook has more professional experience which would help too.

However, I like Brook but I think Gavin will go onto achieve more in the sport than Kell Brook will. Gavin is technically the better boxer whereas Brook has the more power. Power is a massive asset, but once you get in with the big boys, you need more then power to make it at the very top.

I wouldn't completely rule out Gavin beating Brook at this stage, but I hope they go their seperate ways anyway...

No way in hell Gavin would stop Theophane. Theophane has fought bigger guys like Delvin Rodriguez and he couldn't stop Theophane. I think Gavin wins a decision in a competitive fight.

I think frankie needs to get himself down to 140 and hopefully stay there for a bit. At 147 he looks a little flat. Fair enough in his last fight he had the flu but against someone like brook, he would get beaten.
