    1. David Haye

    Heavyweight
    London (25-1, 23KOs)
Haye will - hopefully - finally get it on with Wladimir Klitschko in Hamburg in July, a fight that will do much to define his entire career.

    2. Carl Froch

    Super-middleweight
    Nottingham (27-1, 20KOs)
Froch regained his WBC crown with a superb display against German Arthur Abraham and will meet Jamaican warrior Glen Johnson in June.

    3. Amir Khan

    Light-welterweight
    Bolton (25-1, 17KOs)
Khan's unsatisfactory world title defence against Paul McCloskey will be long forgotten when he attempts to unify to the title against Tim Bradley in July.

    4. Kell Brook

    Welterweight
    Sheffield (23-0, 16KOs)
Brook continued his journey towards a world title shot with an easy second-round stoppage of Ghanaian Philip Kotey. Set to fight for the vacant WBO belt this year.

    5. Nathan Cleverly

    Light-heavyweight
    Cefn Forest (21-0, 10KOs)
Cleverly's progress stalled slightly with a scrappy win over Nadjib Mohammedi and he will have his hands full when challenging for Juergen Braehmer WBO belt in May.

    6. Rendall Munroe

    Super-bantamweight
    Leicester (22-2, 9KOs)
Munroe lost his match with WBC champion Toshiaki Nishioka in Tokyo but returned to Leicester with his head held high. Still harbours world title hopes and don't write him off.

    7. Ricky Burns

    Super-featherweight
    Coatbridge (31-2, 8KOs)
Burns made the second defence of his WBO crown with a seven-round defeat of Joseph Laryea and could fight IBF title-holder Mzonke Fana next in July.

    8. John Murray

    Lightweight
    Manchester (30-0, 18KOs)
The European lightweight champion, still only 26, will put his title on the line against fellow Brit Kevin Mitchell on 9 July. Could be a belter.

    9. Matthew Macklin

    Middleweight
    Birmingham (28-2, 19KOs)
Macklin will finally go for world honours when he meets Germany's WBA title-holder Felix Sturm in June. Will be a big ask, but not beyond him.

    10. Darren Barker

    Middleweight
    London (23-0, 14KOs)
An injury put paid to an eagerly anticipated clash with Matthew Macklin and instead Barker defended his European crown against Domenico Spada in April

Disagree with Haye being number one. Froch and Khan are more worthy in my opinion

i disagree with all this froch should be number 1. if khan and froch were the same weight, khan would make him look silly. froch is one of the most unskilled champions out there imo.

No.2 is a bit harsh on Froch.

Froch, Khan and Cleverly should be ranked ahead of Haye.

Haye has never fought anyone his own age or younger. All his HW opponenta since moving up have been OLD (Audley 39, Ruiz 38, Barrett 37 and Valuev 36).

Froch has beaten Pascal, Abraham, Taylor, etc.
