depending on where it is, but providing it's feasible yes I am heading over, already booked off the friday / monday either side of the 25th June and the 2nd July ready to make a long weekend of it

could do with finding out soon so I can make plans

I'm also thinking about going, but it depends on where the fight ends up. I would've DEFINITELY gone if it was London, but it'll probably be Germany so I'm hoping it'll be somewhere in the northern parts at least, like Hamburg or Berlin.

But from what Boente said when the fight was announced it sounds like it'll be in the Dortmund-Dusseldorf-Köln area, and then I'm not so sure anymore. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Hamburg.

this region is in the North as well mate, closer to the UK than Berlin, but I suppose it all depends on where in the UK you're from and where the airports round your way service depending on how you intend to travel, Dusseldorf is a cracking city but flights from Manchester are a rip off, but I'll toy with travel options once we know where it is

You're right, but further north then that region then.

I'm not from the UK at all, I'm from Sweden, so Hamburg would be much better for me. Lübeck, Kiel, Bremen, Hannover would be nice as well, but not very likely.

I don't mind where it is in Germany so long as there is an aiport within 30 miles or so that is serviced by one of the aiports in the North West of England. I love Germany, it's a great country especially if you like a beer or two haha

It'd even be great to have it in Spain or Portugal in one of the football stadiums but I don't think that has been lined up, that's just me trying to get a holiday out of the situation

Hope they confirm the date / location this week, it should be ****ing electric!

Anyway, beer is actually the main reason why I want it to happen as far north as possible. If it's withing driving distance (+ferry) I can fill the car up with booze on the way back, alcohol is about 3 times as expensive in Sweden lol.

lol.. du är definitivt svensk du. har funderat på att åka själv, bor i lund så det hade varit jävligt skönt o bara ta färjan över och nån buss eller så. blir antagligen inte av dock, inte rätt tidpunkt för min del så som det ser ut nu.
