Lacy claims that this is just a stunt from Kessler to get his name up there - Lacy claims he's asking for ****** money to come to the states, and you know that Lacy's not going over there (and why should he?). This tends to happen a lot, so I think Lacy should get the benefit of the doubt - he's not the one who pulled out of the Calzaghe fight anyway. I'm glad the Pemberton fight is getting made in any case - Pemberton deserves both a shot and a good pay day - he's an exciting fighter who hasn't had too many breaks from boxing

You may not be happy about Pemberton being picked but it will be one ****ing entertaining fight while it lasts, as Gerald said the guy deserves it, he beat Sheika twice and Sheika then got a WBC title shot so work that one out! and Scott was on the short list for Calzaghe's last fight which I would have preferred so while I don't think he'll beat Lacy he'll make a fight of it.

Because those are the economics of the situation - fighting in the US, Lacy is the draw - he is the reason for the promotion. You might say that Lacy has as much reason for Lacy going to Denmark as Kessler has to come to the US - because both are the draws in their respective countries - but the fact is that Lacy is not the one shouting his mouth off claiming that he is willing to fight and that Kessler is scared. Kessler should get more than pocket money to come to Lacy - but he shouldn't be claiming that Lacy doesn't want the fight, when the reason it's not being made is that the economics of the promotion don't add up

Team Palle offered Lacy a fight with Kessler for later this year in USA"before Kessler fought Mundine", but Lacy turned it down saying that he wasn't ready for Kessler yet,for that`s i called him a chicken
