Vassell isnt that good too be fair,i like his style but he is very limited and would be badly exposed at a higher level. He deserved the decision tonight but the scores were way too wide, the judges obviously didnt like Ushona's constant holding

did anyone else think Ushona is a bit like Moreno (only not as good)?

Im just after watching it and he reminded me of him, especially in the first 5 rounds

I think Hatton needs to open his eye's! Vessel isn't all that at all IMO..Seems like a nice guy though..But there is to much to mention with all his bad points...But saying that at first I did think this of Mat Hatton and to be honest his improvement is outstanding..As he is far from a natrual boxer....

Even if he isn't going to make it to world level, at least it is another champ-albeit at British/Euro/commonwealth level for Hatton Promotions. Sometimes, that is enough for a promotional company looking to grow and take on the likes of Frank Warren.

Haven't been overly impressed but can't help but feel he has a lot more to give. Hopefully he will improve in his next couple of fights and he may end up challenging for a World title in 2-3 years.

Although that does look out of his reach at the moment and looks unlikely to go past European level at best..
