Last I saw Witter fight, he just quit around the middle of the fight for no apparent reason. He wasn't even hurt. He just didn't want to fight anymore...anybody remember that fight and who he "fought"? I couldn't believe it.Comment

Was Devon Alexander for the WBC title last August and he injured his elbow, he didn't just quit for nothing.

Ok, i just watched the whole fight...weird....in the 1st round, witter missed a roundhouse punch and he landed on the canvas and rolled back up on his feet, but no signs at all of any injury up to the end of the 8th rd. None at all. He was getting his ears boxed off, and the ref warned him constantly about clinching, He was bleeding from his mouth and eye, and looked really frustrated.
I do not believe he was hurt at all, but quit shearly our of frustration. The commentators were equally as shocked as was the audience, because there was no sign of Witter having any injury at all. Now i know why i was so amazed.Last edited by jazluvr; 05-07-2010, 03:42 PM.Comment
