Hatton said he was overtraining .He says he ain't got the hunger yet. Overtraining can take months to recover. It's funny but man I think i'm just recovering from it .I've rested and cleaned my diet for 5 days and I feel alot better now .I almost ran myself into the ground and felt like a junke I was that sluggish .I've been training far to intense man .I need to ease off and have some rest and easier days. Check the symptoms of overtraining.

As you can see by the number of signs and symptoms there are a lot of things to look out for. Generally the most common signs and symptoms to look for are a total loss of motivation in all areas of your life (work or career, health and fitness etc.), plus a feeling of exhaustion. If these two warning signs are present, plus a couple of the other listed signs and symptoms, then it may be time to take a short rest before things get out of hand.
