There is only one piece of advice I can give you that if you don't locked into your mind then you need to figure out a way to get it.

You know what losing feels like now. Do you want to experience that again?

Whenever I felt like someone edged me out in sparring or even in an amateur match I couldn't wait to get back in the gym to work some more and make sure it wasn't even going to be close next time around.

I boxed from 8 to 20ish but I have never been seriously wobbled or stopped. But I always had in my mind that if someone stopped me then we were going to have to run it back again because I ain't going out like that.

The only thing that should be in your mind when it comes to training is making sure that it doesn't happen again. It is all part of gaining experience. But you also have to have the right mindset as well.
