Exercise is not all it takes. It takes the will and disipline to train hard and sharpen ur skills, which is exactly what Hamed stopped doing way back in 1998!

Jones moved up 3 weights, came back down, got KTFO, and has :wank: comeback....not really anything like Naz is it.

Jones' feet are a lot slower than they were. I would expect Naz to have trouble moving in and out of range, which is central to his style and him not getting hit.
