foster is domestic level at best...arthur is fringe world level(and i mean fringe).

on paper arthur should win this convincingly. however, i find arthurs claims to holding the interim wbo title as making him a "world" champion to be a little annoying, and so i'm hoping for an upset.

Prejudices aside...How big of a shot does Foster have? Arthur's last 4 opponents have a combined record of 65-1 while Foster's last 4 have a combined record of 78 wins and 81 losses ...ugh...The one time he stepped up to a guy with a decent record (Matthews) he lost widely on the cards.
