    x2 Pavlik ftw

I pick Cotto, He's fought 3 times this year & won verse um all verse very good opponents. Pavlik is my second pick.

I say it's a toss-up between I.Vasquez,K.Pavlik, and F. Mayweahter if he wins this Sat!

              Hi there RAESAAD...

And there was that devastation Pavlik inflected on Miranda. Zertuche wasn't a bad win either,eh? Pavlik has three this year...

But then, there are these matters:

1.) If Mayweather wins big against Hatton, he'll have that along with the one over Oscar. But, although he'll have bigger names in his ledger, he'll have one less fight that Pavlik that can be factored into the reckoning.

2.) As for Joe, he fought twice this year, and the big one was the last. A win over Manfredo may not be seen many as too much of a big deal by many given that, in comparison, Mayweather had Oscar and Calzaghe-Manfredo as a match does not go up to the level of excitment that Pavlik-Miranda did.

3.) Hatton could be the wild card. If he wins big against Mayweather, he can toss that in for consideration alongside the KO victory over Castillo. He'll have a pretty solid base with that win. The lopsided victory over Urango gives him three for this year, as well. But the Urango victory was not as devastating as Pavlik's over Zertuche.

For Hatton to get the nod, he'll have to go through Mayweather. And that's the biggest one.

As for Wlad's accomplishment, I think it pales some against Pavlik's and Mayweather's (if Floyd wins big over Hatton)...or even Hatton's, if Hatton wins big over Floyd.

So? Money shouldn't decide the FOTY, boxing should.

You'd put Isreal Vazquez in it? He got knocked out this year. Even though he avenged that, I don't think he could win FOTY with a KO loss this year.
