Yeah but Holyfield fought less like frazier than Tyson did. Plus, Tyson himself was intimidated by foreman

You mention Ruddock....Tyson telling him he was gonna make him kiss him with those big pretty lips. The way his eyes never left Mcneely or many other fighters. His words.....all these are meant to intimidate. This is why many guys were beaten before they ever got to the ring with him. My opinion only of course.
If you see when Tyson says that about Ruddock, he has a little smile on his face. Against McNeely, just see what McNeely was doing before Tyson stared him to death. Tyson has many times said that he doesnt try to intimidate people before the fights, but only by hitting them.

My opinion: It wasn't so much Tysons personality as was his explosive style that put fear in his opponents heart. He just came forward and never came back. Tysons just an interesting person tbh

        - -Is that why Field was hanging on to George in the championship rds like a last chance saloon floozy?

        Cooney? Really?

Well, at least after a years rust Cooney can say he outboxed Tubsy Lar on the cards before late rd fatiguing low blow deductions.

        Jellied in 2 by George.
