Worse, he was squallin' over his little pinky.

That's his 2nd automatic DQ, the first being Judah, but, heh, heh, never recorded MGM Floyd...only in boxing folks!!!

U go squallin' for U daddy or was U mama's boy?
Did you cry that Mayweather wasn't DQ-ed

Maybe you can call the commission and complain. Good luck!

Floyd Mayweather places his shots carefully, he will reset and then choreograph in his mind 'The punches he will put together etc'

Combination punching does not come natural to him, he is not on the level of Mike Tyson, Roy Jones Junior, Evander Holyfield, Sugar Ray Leonard or Muhammad Ali etc

He has never been a combination puncher, even when he fought Gatti 'You can continually see him pause, reset, THINK and then launch a attack' Emmanuel Steward pointed this out in one of his title fights, and even stated that Roy Jones Junior was more of a fluent combination puncher.

That was his one technical weakness, also why fighters who just gave him zero space 'And less time to THINK?' sometimes caused him major stress. Both Ricky Hatton & Madiana caused him issues, not because they did anything genius 'They just limited his processing time, and ability to reset'.

I am not stating Mayweather's combination punching ability was bad, it was just not on the level of the real super elite offensive fighters in history.

Overrated fighter that excelled in one thing. Out-boxing. Still an ATG obviously. The Ali of his welterweight era.

Well yea, I'm not going to say that he was as good as a Roy Jones when it comes to that, for example, but I think I'm not really sure what exactly the critique is. When you say reset and choreograph, do you mean he plans out the entire combination but can't make adjustments within the combination?

If that's what you mean, the Gatti fight was actually a good example of him doing that I think. But I'm not sure that's what you mean.

He was also dirty the 2nd fight (didn't he bite Floyd? lol) but Floyd used his legs more to stop the rough housing tactics.

It's easy to forget how well he fought against Mosley because of the 2nd round. I also thought he was really sharp during the Marquez fight. Some of those highlights were insane.
Yeah the first fight to me was a really rough fight. Maidana was definitely dirty (Garcia kept yelling at him between rounds to do it more lol) but I guess his game plan was to piss Floyd off and try to get him to fight the wrong fight. It worked early on but Floyd kept his composure and adjusted. Chino also deserves a lot of credit for how many punches he threw. He gave a far better effort than Pacquiao (who was known for that, but actually threw less punches than Floyd in their fight). Also has to be considered Floyd had all that Miss Jackson ******** drama going on before that first fight, he was clearly more focused the 2nd time. It’s good that he struggled though, because that helped the Manny Pacquiao fight happen. They thought Floyd was slowing down but Maidana was just a monster and had a very awkward style. He was on top of his game at that time and Garcia was the perfect trainer for him. I still watch the Broner fight now. Lol.

Marquez fight was unbelievable, especially considering JMM beat Pacquiao 2 times 2 and 3 years later. Mexican supplements or not! I also really liked the Guerrero fight. I knew it was gonna go like that but to me that was one of his best performances later on in his career. Plus it was kinda funny especially the all access. Ruben Guerrero was talking all this **** to Ellerbe who turned around and said “I make more money than your son!”. Hahaha.

                      - -Bingo, $$$ being the prime reason why U rate him, not his supposed skills that sees his ref interfere in his opposition early efforts to squelch any momentum and game plan.

This really stood out in the ridiculous Tenshin Banty debut exhibition where he needed Bayliss to be all over Tenshin. He's an embarrassment to mankind.

Promised Ruben he was gonna go toe to toe with Guerrero , and in spite of the prefight presser where Ruben baited him as nothing but a woman beater, no one could defend him on his team and he ran like a 2 bit punk after his first break in.
