Check this guy out, using another thread to take passive-aggressive swipes at me while trying to instigate another e-beef. Take that drama elsewhere, this isn't NSB or the 'Dome.

Nice video. Some classic beat downs there. Shows how good Maidana was at the time of his fights with Floyd, because he won more rounds than Mosley, Cotto, Canelo, Pacquiao and others. I thought he did better than Oscar too. I had both fights 8-4 but the first fight was a really great effort from him. 2nd fight he wasn’t the same guy. No Alex Ariza hurt his cardio, but Floyd was also a lot better prepared the 2nd time. I feel like he was kinda off his game the first time due to personal issues he had at that time too. First fight is one of my favourites to watch.

The Mosley fight always makes me smile too, because all people do is talk about Shane’s moment in the 2nd round, but apart from that Floyd really beat the crap out of him lol. Some of those right hands were nasty. Shane really got his ass kicked. I think Floyd really disliked him before that fight and wanted to embarrass him because Shane avoided the fight in 1999 and 2006 when he was the bigger draw, then tried to say Floyd was ducking him once he became the cash cow. It’s also the reason why SSM got clowned so badly on 24/7 lol.

Yea, man. I mean that first Maidana fight, Maidana was dirty as hell (and I think I remember his coach instructing him during the fight to be as such), but you can't be too mad over it. He tried to make it as rough as possible, and Floyd seemed reluctant to use his legs as much.

He was also dirty the 2nd fight (didn't he bite Floyd? lol) but Floyd used his legs more to stop the rough housing tactics.

It's easy to forget how well he fought against Mosley because of the 2nd round. I also thought he was really sharp during the Marquez fight. Some of those highlights were insane.

                - -U SissyBoyFloyd quit the ring to go squallin' for his crack daddy after a failed attempt at choking Maidana.

Worse, he was squallin' over his little pinky.

That's his 2nd automatic DQ, the first being Judah, but, heh, heh, never recorded MGM Floyd...only in boxing folks!!!

U go squallin' for U daddy or was U mama's boy?

If Floyd Mayweather had one technical weakness? It was that he could not put his punches together fluently 'Mayweather always had to rest after 2-3 punches'. His combinations always seemed extremely choreographed and rehearsed 'It did not seem like a natural instinctual combination, that was why he always had to STOP and reset' Roy Jones Junior did not suffer from this type of offensive weakness.

His focus was defense, so it helps his defense more if he had to reset after a few combinations instead of throwing flurries that may expose him to counters.

No, he was just not a fluent combination puncher 'He had to rest and think about what he was going to do etc'.
