This post is all over the place. But I'll try to educate you on some of the basics of the sport of boxing. Pay attention kid.

First off, fights are scored on a round to round basis. It's a 10 point must system, meaning boxers have to win each round and after 12, if it gets that far, the judges count up the points and the boxer with the most points wins.

So this beginner's mistake you made there, looking at the total punch stats in order to pick a winner? That's a very common mistake, perhaps the most common.

Let me give you a little test, little Max. Fighter A fights Fighter B in a 10 round fight. Fighter A has 6 rounds where he lands very solid punches consistently, doing damage which dictates the action. Fighter B has 4 rounds where he throws and lands a lot of punches, outscoring fighter A significantly but they're not damaging shots.

At the end of the fight Fighter B has a higher amount of punch stats as measured by the computer. Does Fighter B win the fight?
