Contender Episode from 8/1/06: Walter Wright vs. Andre Easton

what did everyone think of this fight. This was a great fight, it reminded of the fight from the first Rocky movie, like Walter being Apollo, becuase he won and he had speed to control the fight, and Andre being Rocky because he showed alot of heart and didn't give up, but lost, just like in Rocky. What did you think?

I hate the Contender fights personally. Even though (as you can see from the judges scorecards) Wright completely dominated the fight, they still made it out to be a hardfought, close, war, which it wasn't.

I think Wright is a punk for picking the easy opponent (Andre). Andre was out of shape and unprepared for the fight. He got knocked down in the first round. But he did have a lot of heart, like Rocky. But he still didn't have skill.
