  • Boxers who had the heart, but not the tools to be great

They all got heart, but to varying degrees. I am asking you guys to list boxers who you guys think, had more heart than tools or sense to give up.

Guys like that, even in defeat, show us why we love boxing.

I know it is customary for me, Z to start, but I want to just see what other guys come up with.

cool? even if it isn't, I hope a few of you hard core fight fans will contribute.

    Best Regards,
    Z

I wouldn’t put ggg up there. He’s the opposite he’s got the tools but he lacks heart

But, doesn't he fight Mexican style? LMAO

he is ready to go up to 168 or 175 now.... don't quote me on this. but i heard he was willing to do that to get at Nelo.

LOL, and you say this because he doesn't respond to your fan mail?

Did you really think he'd leave his wife for you?

I'd say Patterson would always struggle due to his chin. Even in an era w/o Alis, Listons, etc. Ingo was his size and took the belt from him.

Harold John's poor chin hurt him.
