It was good.
I'd give it a 7.5/10. I'd give it a pt more if it were condensed.

Of course, how much is true is dubious as it was "based on.' But was good drama and had vids of his real fights thrown in.

Said his hands and all his bones were very fragile and he had rickets early on, maybe malnourished. So his saga in boxing is even more remarkable, if that's true.
His demise and his wife's due to his being an alky. Sad. Very misogynistic and brutal guy esp when drunk. May also have been on drugs. Shown to be associated with drug dealers and corrupt people in power.

Hi, just joined this site. Watched the series but scrolled through some parts. maybe i missed it but I didn't see anything about Monzon's first wife shooting him in 1973. Think that would have been pretty dramatic.

Mike Tyson used to be really good at doing that type of stuff but he's become a special little snowflake now who was only a victim of everything and it was never his fault.

It was worth watching only because it was about Monzon. If it had been about anyone else I would not have given a whit about it, by buggery.
