    I would probably favor Leon.
More than likely Smokin Bert would’ve struggled facing the more experienced former fighting marine Heavyweight champion.
    Spinks by 8 round Knockout

My earliest memories of Cooper was when he was brought in for undefeated Olympian Henry Tillman . Good fight. A little less than a year later he was brought in against another undefeated Olympian Willie DeWitt. Boom!

      R.I.P.

The '90s was one of the best heavyweight eras ever.

Cooper couldn't be a champion then but he was good enough to give some of those guys a serious scare.

Which tells me that he'd have a real shot at winning a belt in the current weaker era.

Cooper was a journeyman, stop trolling and educate yourself.

He'd have a chance against both Wilder and Joshua.

                - -Deyonce 50-50, but not AJ. The bookies wouldn't even take odds for that slaughter.

He woulda beat the Leon that fought Ali and Ali too, prob by KO. That phase was the weakest part of the 70s no one wants to think about.

Cooper had Evander Holyfield seriously hurt. Michael Moorer and iron-chinned Ray Mercer too.

What do you see in Joshua that would make him somehow immune to Smokin' Bert?

Cooper was competitive against fighters around his size and height.

He got the living shyt beat out of him by Bowe and Foreman, which clearly shows that he struggled big time with big men.

Cooper would have been beaten by Fury, Wilder and AJ .

Sad news though. His fight with Holyfield is one of my all time favorites.

                      - -How about AJ being the most accomplished heavy ever based on the limited # of fights he's had along with unification against Ring rated fighters enough to hold the Ring belt.

Obviousy the Ring dolts dropped the ball on that call due to American bias for their own fighters.
