Marciano could have been quite a bit larger with today's nutrition and training, and yes, today's drugs.
I could very well see Marciano sporting a Tyson-like body, maybe weighing 212 lbs of lean muscle. If Bernard Hopkins can step up from middle to light heavyweight and still have a chiseled body, then Marciano could easily put on 25-30 lbs of lean muscle and probably not hinder his movement any.
We need to remember that as time goes on, fighters become more physically imposing. People in general seem to get larger generation after generation.
So, let's say Marciano is put on roids. Yes, he kicks some serious ass. Tyson and Marciano would be a knock down drag out, brain splattering affair. Who wins? Maybe the Rock by out-lasting Mike, but maybe Tyson takes him out early. Too bad we don't have a time machine.
I think many of the 80's and 90's fighters were on the juice. You don't seem to see all of those Michaelangelo bodies anymore, now that they are busting everyone's ass for using the stuff.
The only nutritional supplement the Rock ate was spaghetti, and he still KTFO most everybody at 186 lbs, so the guy punched as hard as hell.
Big George Foreman, who was trained by the Mongoose said that Marciano was one of the hardest hitters of all time, and a damn terminator type boxing machine that never stopped coming at you.
The hardest hitter? That's tough to answer, but definitely packed a top five punch regardless of how heavy he was.

You got to be kidding. At the most marciano would be 200lbs. today, not no 215. Marciano was only 5'-10" to 5'-11", and had a 67" reach.
