    Tysons rise to win a paper title was far easier than Ali. Tyson had multiple champions he could fight. Ali had ONE. Tyson fought CONTENDERS who had won paper titles in order to be called the youngest ever hwt champion. ALI fought the one and only worlds hwt champion, not a contender posing as a champion, in order to become champion.

      Thats if the fight was legit. To this day some historians think Liston took a dive in Ali fights. (I don't believe that for the record).

        That's the fault of the era he happened to be in. Also, if you put a prime Mike Tyson in the late 50's, early 60's (for the sake of argument let's not count Ali or Liston) he'd wreck shop. It'd be considered barbaric and frightening what Tyson would've done to those contenders back then.

          One can argue fight two was fishy looking although many at ringside clearly saw the KO blow. Fight one was clearly an example of a prime fast boxer outboxing and stopping an old slow champion.
