Both are clearly incredibly talented boxers but I personally feel that the 'Will o' the Wisp' would have the edge in defence, footwork, speed and in-fighting.
Very, very hard to say since we've seen very little of Lomachenko. They guy doesn't have a lot of pro fights. I have to go with Pep until I see something that changes my mind.
