Quarry would be a modern day cruiser, but he beat men who'd be considered modern day heavies who could punch. Could Quarry with his counter punching style offset the height, reach and punching power of Deontay Wilder?

Lyle survived the punching power of Shavers and came back to KO him, after a close call. He also fought a toe to toe war with a young George Foreman and nearly came out on top, taking clean shots from Foreman and plowing forward. Lyle also had good boxing skills.
