During this era I think I'd have to say Pacquaio vs Marquez. All those fights were competitive, even the last one until the KO by Marquez, & fun to watch. And I mean which top fighters are even fighting 4 times in this era of boxing? Its not really happening too much like in the old days.

And oddly I think Mayweather vs Pacquaio is one of the biggest rivalry's despite them only fighting once & that fight not being historically all that significant or entertaining outside of the hype & money surrounding the fight. The build up to that fight is pretty unique & compelling with all the back & forth over years & years. I suspect someone will make a doc about that fight that'll end up being more entertaining then the fight turned out to be at some point cuz there was so much going on there & I believe there is likely a ton of interesting details behind the scenes that we haven't seen or heard much about yet.

Overall I think you gotta go with Ali vs Frazier doe. That fight transcends boxing like no other rivalry in the history of boxing that I can think of.
