  • Who had the best combination of power and speed in their punches in the HW division?

Other than Mike Tyson who is imo number 1?

I think Joe Louis had very good speed and power.

Also Gerry Cooneys left hand was very very fast and obviously powerful.

Mike Tyson, though Greg Page wasn't far behind.

Morrison had great explosiveness on his left hook, but wasn't quite so fast in combination. Louis was a great combination puncher for his day, though I'm hesitant to rank him power-wise with modern heavyweights. Tua is also worthy of a shout. While flat footed his hands were actually extremely fast when he let them go. Evander is often considered a lesser puncher but he was sharp as a mutha****a and blisteringly fast in his prime.

Today the answer has to be Wilder or Joseph Parker. Both men have brutal punches and great natural speed.
