Ken was a beautiful boxer and tough as old boots. The only thing he lacked was a ko punch.

How would Buchanan have done vs the likes of Chaves, Pea, Mosley, ODLH, Floyd, Pac, Marquez etc??

I agree that he was a very good and exceptionally tough fighter. But he probably loses to all the guys you mentioned with the possible exception of Marquez.

That matchup would have been a donnybrook.

I think Ken Buchanan would put up quite a good fight against those guys. But I think he loses to the guys you mentioned.

Maybe get a win vs Marquez, but the others he get a for sure loss in an exciting fight.

Matches vs Whitaker and Mayweather would be boring, regardless of the outcome; with Chavez it would be exciting like, say, vs Duran, with similar outcome. Against the others, I'm indifferent.

You named about the only ones he would not box silly. Mosley may have been lightweight champion, but he was no lightweight in his clownish striped trunks. He was twice the size of his lightweight opponents, and it looked ridiculous.

Mosley was fighting 2 to 3 division below where he belonged which may explain way Mosley was so successful there. I am not sure that Ken would survive with someone likes of Chavez. Kenny was fighting a competitive fight with Duran. Kenny claims that he got hit low, and was knocked out.
