    Boxing has clearly evolved in technique. Just compare fighters from the 20s to fighters from the 80s.

      Athletes are better today in just about every sport. Do you really think the same doesn't apply to boxing?


      in boxing htere are weight classes. every WW from now until 100,000 AD is going to have to weigh 147 lbs at some point, and get his clock cleaned by ray robinson.


      boxing is also signficantly less popular in america, where most of the great fighters have come from, or at least fought.
