Tyson because of the explosive punching power and head movement he brought to the game. Where Ali had to move back to be effective a lot of the time, Tyson was a total defensive/offensive package while coming forward. Whether you like elusiveness or a savage attack, he brought them both, much like Jack Dempsey had done close to 70 years earlier.

Ali's best fights, the first and third matchups with Frazier, were more exciting than any of Tyson's, but that's mostly Frazier's doing. Tyson's style was more entertaining for me to watch, as well as the dramatic KO finishes that were his trademark.

To me it was Ali, the guy was the best HW boxer I've ever seen. Yea Tyson also was exciting, but I appreciate art over power. Foremon was even more exciting then Tyson.
