      [QUOTE=BattlingNelson;15773079]Foster had a ton of vicious KO's.

      I reckon the Quarry KO is the most famous:

      Also **** Tiger:

      Foster with the GANGSTER ASS walk off.....like he know the cops aren't gonna catch him for these back-alley muggings.

        I think he became a long time sherif after his boxing career.

            Lee Roy Murphy vs Chisanda Mutti, Oct. 19, 1985.
            They fought for the IBF “world” cruiser crown.
            They weren’t the best at the time, still went down in boxing history due to this right hands exchange (15 min. into the vid).

            What had been the decision if none of them had gotten up?
            A “KO by draw”?
            No, I believe I read somewhere that the judges scorecard would have determined a winner.

                Bob Foster was definitely a sheriff for many years in New Mexico. Unlike most retired fighters, he's probably collecting a nice pension.

                  Yeah if you're talking Spinks / Marvin Johnson that was a good one and a surprise for me. He also had a KO over Vonzell Johnson.

                    Lewis-Rahman. The way Rahman had his head ON the crown. Golden.

                    Not a KO, but favorite punch ever thrown, was Floyd's check-hook of Hatton. I mean everything for set up perfectly from Floyd landing it to Hatton getting lazy and flying in.

                      Murphy on the double-knockdown: “Everybody is always talking about it. That was a rough fight. This guy was strong. He was strong as heck. At that one point, I couldn’t do nothing. I’m thinking, ‘Why is he throwing all of these punches?’ I didn’t know what to do. I was lost. Mutti was strong. His weakness was his conditioning. The body shots took away his power. In the end, I was swollen like he was swollen.”
