He definatly trained for Ruddock how hard only he knows ,obviously his performance speaks for itself in 1990 against Douglas.Barring a mishap with asthma incident in one fight i see Ruddock as another undefeatted fighter he beat.

Lewis gained over 35lbs over the next 8yrs and it is clear from reports that his physique was enhanced by steroids.... Ruddock of 92 was "Damaged Goods" due to two brutal beatings from Tyson. Ruddock had his jaw and cheek-bone broken and barely won a round in the two fights with Tyson. Against Lewis, Ruddock put up a feeble performance. Not throwing a single punch the entire fight and going down whenever hit.

Lewis performances against Briggs, Bruno, Mercer, McCall & Rahman all point to a quick knock out victory for Mike Tyson.

Lets be real here. Tyson at 5'10 had no business in a modern heavyweight division. Sure a great little man can defeat a terrible big like Savareese. But a Great Big like Lennox, or even an average one like Buster was always going to whip Mike Tysons ass. Lets keep it 100.

I agree but some of the greats also have the ability to give him a run for his money. Mike in that period fought some very good fighters and some not so good. He did more often than not look devastating.
