which hearns fight was leonard hurt more in?

I am going to have to make a point of watching the second fight so I would like your thoughts. In the first fight leonard suffered swelling and was outboxed but was never visibly staggered. I know he was dropped twice in the second fight. Was he hurt badly? Thanks in advance.
