Where does he belong then? I'm not entirely happy having him that high either but you know i'm not too sure who I have below him that was either a clear level above him in terms of quality or who achieved more. In fact I found it hard to separate the vast majority on this list.

Do you think Benvenuti was better than Kalambay?

I need to revise this list at a later date as I missed out Johnny Famechon who was actually born in Paris.
