I'll give Louis buddy Baer but that's one fight.Nothing remotely jumping out that he hits the hardest in HW division still.Lets also forget Max was knocked out in the previous fight of fighting Louis by Braddock ...lets just sweep that under the rug as well....how many losses did braddock have when he fought Louis?

Anyone who considers Louis or Frazier or Liston as bums really has no need to
be on a boxing board because your position is just about stiring the pot.
No one with any sense refers to Louis as an ordinary talent who has poor technique.
No one thinks a 260 Foreman was "better" than the younger version.
It's all about height & weight because their not intangables any fool could see them and you do!
This sport takes years to learn and bouts to experience, if your neither you need to read about methods & techniques then evaluate correct technique from poor and then try to understand desire & will.
You how ever prefer to compare height & weight.............

      Ray

That's how you measure someones credibility through the opponents they have defeated...I don't know Ray which each passing post you are losing credibility with me personally,i find it hard you say who you say you are and lack the simplest logic on here.....

still waiting on Bert Sugars comment about Carnera or did you just want to squash that and say jugs was right again as USUAL,nah just run away and ignore that point like all the ones I prove you wrong on?

P.s Gill Clancy disagrees with you ,before the holyfield fight, anyone can watch the special on youtube and he CLEARLY states foreman is an improved fighter and Archie Moore who trained him for holyfield said the same thing...now is it me or did those guys actually know foreman the best?

There's a reason Ray when foreman states Holyfield would have knocked the 70's version of himself out,can you take a guess as to why?

.."I don't know Ray which each passing post you are losing credibility with me" ......hahahaha!!

Seriously who the **** are you? Your some kid on a keyboard talking out of your azz!
If I'm "loosing" credibility that means i had it. Whats your excuse for not having ANY?

OK baseball game is on and I just took delivery of a new/old car so I'll head for my garage and check on the car and watch the game. Enough of this.

        Ray.

Everything to you is based on random quotes and, of course, size. No serious boxing fan think Foreman was better in the 90's than in the 70's, and I don't give a spit what out of context quotes you come up with saying otherwise.

I dont have to be a fan I go straight to the source of his actual trainers and foreman himself...no logical person believe the 70's poor stamina ,sloppy puncher, weaker chinned foreman was better than thinker/smart foreman who could take a serious punch and deliver even a harder one at that heavier weight....do the math....

braddock beat a clowning baer by points. You seem to reinvent history.
Yes braddock had losses due to many factors but beat quality people to deserve his shot.
