    He died yesterday. He was a tough guy and a great fighter.

      Gene Fullmer was the strongest middleweight ever. His hammering of Benny Peret was one of the most brutal beatings i ever seen in boxing.. R.I.P. Champ

                              He was a champ who hammers on the door of the top ten middleweights. He would not be as easy as some guess for any middle who ever lived. If they cannot knock him cold they are apt to be in big trouble. RIP, champ.
