Not to sure on specifically "anti-social" but I've read Joe Louis was a conservative speaker when out in public. Partly due to his southern roots.. just a country kid.

Joe Louis was told to be like that so as not to offend all the white folks, to be the anti-Jack Johnson. Outside his public image Louis was probably a bit more interesting than the bland "yes sir, please and thank you" public persona.
Coked up Tyson. One time he was high out of his mind and as he was about to enter his hotel room two hispanic fans asked him for an autograph. He bluntly told them to F off and they said something along the lines of 'you're not all that anyway, you got fists but we got guns'. So Mike chased them through the lobby, sparked one of the fellas with one punch and was about to catch the other before security came in and defused the situation. This story was from his book.
although he is quite social now in retirement, during his career hagler was very anti social. probably a combination of locking himself away for extended periods to train in order to shut out distractions and a general anger towards the people in the business for screwing him over and fear they would do it again.
tyson as mentioned would switch from being very anti social to overly involved with all sorts of people.
i dont know if i would say anti social, but for most of his career cotto really didnt like all the attention many fighters get into the sport for and most seem to enjoy. he would do what was needed as a professional but he clearly didnt like it imo.
young BHop is probably the best example. he has stated himself that when he got out of jail he avoided everyone and just became a loner, afraid he would get dragged into some dumb **** otherwise and get in trouble with the law again.

Yup, he was told by Blackburn.
Michael Spinks has kept to himself pretty well after retirement, which leads me to believe that he was always more of an introvert who that made appearances because he had to rather than because he wanted to.
I'd say Marcos Maidana. Although I wouldn't call him anti-social, just the least social out of most current stars. I would say he is one of the most down to earth boxers.
George Foreman to my best knowledge never liked the media when he was on the rise.
As far as loners, what comes to mind for me is Mike Tyson, Marvin Hagler, Sonny Liston, Ricky Hatton was known to spiral into depression. I mean I can think of many champions who have had periods with severe depression and anti-social behavior. It's just part of the demanding sport that is boxing I guess.
