My questions to you are should Pepe have been charged with assault?
Should the leonard camp honored the contract that was signed? (he claimed he was pressured to sign a less lucrative one.

IMO, you never fight over words. Talk all the **** you want, but once you posture up aggressively in striking range, or attack first, it's fair game. But for just making a ****** racial slur is no reason to punch somebody. Unless you're mentally weak.

And yes - they should have honored the contract they agreed to. Then if you think he's not worth the price, either negotiate differently next time, or cut ties.
