I've read it too many times, but of course what you read should be taken with a grain of salt. Just like a Newspaper win IMO

If I had the book I'd gladly type the excerpts but I leant it to an acquaintance and never heard from him or it again. Go figure!

Definitely not it looks like....if you have access to a kindle it's around 8.50 which is pretty good!
