Anyway, I just have one question. How the hell can you rank Chiquita as the seventh best non-American boxer of all-time? He isn't better than Gilberto Roman or Jeff Fenech, and should those two be ranked in the Top 10?
Chiquita was a very good fighter, but in my opinion he and his rival Michael Carbajal continue to be two of the most overrated flyweights. Probably because they got the US exposure that others - and in my opinion better - flyweights did not receive.

If you must have a Mexican flyweight, why not choose Miguel Canto instead? He has a much better resume and his skills were battle-tested against a very good array of fighters. His lack of overall physicality and somewhat one dimensional offense wouldn't serve him to well against specific types, but overall a great fighter with a resume that backs up those claims.
If we try to lay all the bias and favoritism aside, can you honestly say the same about Ricardo Lopez? Do you really think he should be ranked that high, with or without US participation? Above Fighting Harada and Jung-Koo Chang? Above the Cuban trio Gavilan, Napoles and Rodriguez?
I am just curious, because I can't imagine it myself.

Not sure who would make up the top ten, as I'm not familiar with every fighters birthplace but I would assume
Manny
Duran
**** tiger
Zarate
Gomez
Carlos Ortiz
Arguello
Chavez
Walcott
I feel like I'm leaving off some Cuban fighters, or Asian
Very tough question but interesting to think about
