btw the 00s is severely underrated in that poll, what about MAB, JMM, Morales, Wlad, Vit, Hops, Martinez, Froch, Calzaghe, Hatton, Ward, Kessler, RJJ still good for a bit, Oscar, Mosley, Forest, Wright, Williams, Cotto....

It's a pretty good discussion... I voted 40's... But 50's and 20's is really close for me too. A lot of great fighters.

People are greatly underestimating the 60's.

                    In no particular order:
                    Muhamad Ali
                    Roberto Duran
                    Sugar Ray Robinson
                    Joe Frazier
                    Jose Napoles
                    Sonny Liston
                    Eder Jofre
                    Emile Griffith
                    Carlos Ortiz
                    Floyd Patterson
                    Fighting Harada
                    Niņo benvenuti
                    Archie Moore
                    Ruben Olivares
                    Carlos Monzon
                    Harold Johnson
                    Nicolino locche
                    Duilo Loi
                    Bob Foster
                    Pone Kingpetch
                    Antonio Cervantes
                    Lionel Rose
                    **** Tiger
                    Davy Moore
                    Curtis Cokes
                    Carlos Hernandez
                    Joey Giardello
                    Vincente Saldivar
                    Ken Buchanan
                    Luis Rodriguez
                    Joe Brown
                    Mando Ramos
                    Ismael Laguna
                    Flash Elorde
                    Sugar Ramos
                    Pacual Perez
                    Hiroshi Kobayashi
                    Hiroyuki Ebihara
                    Gene Fullmer
                    Rodolfo Gonzalez

Right up there with the 80s. It's a hard one too as there are so many crossovers between all decades. I'd have to go with the 60, 70 and 80's though.

You left out two huge names from the 90's, and perhaps the biggest!

                      De La Hoya and Trinidad
